Project Description

This 1950s Eichler was respectfully restored to better-than-new condition, including:

Interior

• replaced all windows and doors with energy-efficient aluminum framed, double-paned glass
• remade cabinetry with custom sapele (custom cabinetry by Wes Eagle Gibbs of Eagle Eye Woodskills)
• reimagined hall bathroom with steam shower and custom vanity (custom vanity by North Coast Modern, steam shower by Waterworks Fixtures)
• updated the structure to support Eichler-sided garage door and solar electricity (structural engineering by Kelly Turbin, PE, of Turbin Structural Engineering)

Exterior

• created a front courtyard and entry area by enclosing the side patio with “good neighbor” fencing (fencing by Jeff Nichols, Eichler Siding)
• created a backyard spa with hot tub and endless pool (pool and landscaping by Mike Bovarnick of Groundbreaking Landscapes)
