Project Description

The clients wanted to add space to this lovely Cape-style home, but it was important that the addition blend into the existing structure as if it had been part of the original construction.

We created an addition with a hall connecting to the existing house for easy access. On the ground floor, we added the two-car garage and a laundry room. Above, we designed and built a one-bedroom ADU.

Finally, we reconfigured the driveway and added new water-smart landscaping.
